Future Opening: College Girls Coordinator

Since our beginning in 1976, we have been committed to evangelism, discipleship, equipping, and serving in ministry.
Denton Bible Church is seeking to hire a full-time College Girls Coordinator with the following responsibilities to create and foster thriving leaders and life groups at The Bridge:
- Work with other staff to make sure girl leaders are being shepherded by the larger church body and that they are being faithful to their commitment.
- Consistently check in on leaders via meeting, text, call, etc.
- Counsel, equip, and encourage the girl leaders in discipleship to deal with ministry situations as they come up
- Disciple leaders to discover, develop, and deploy their gifts for ministry
- Leader administration
- Work with other staff to make sure all girl students have incredible small group opportunities
- Organize girl Life Groups
- Counsel girl students as needed
- Help new students get connected to the appropriate life group
- Have a pulse on the health of each group
- Put out any “fires” that come up within groups
- Life Group administration
- Actively work to get new students involved with The Bridge ministry events and engage with them as they
attend ministry events. - Help plan, lead, and execute college trips and events to encourage the 3 Es of our philosophy. Create an inviting and fun environment at all ministry events.
- Walk with girl students through trials, and by God’s grace, see their lives transformed by a growing love,
hope, and faith in Jesus Christ. Help students find and take their next step in following Jesus.
